IMPORTANT INFORMATION - when keeping your pets hair long:
We often find in the winter months many clients choose to keep their pets hair longer. Please try to brush your pets as often as possible. Matts are painful for your pet. The pain is equivalent to someone pulling your hair. We find taking your pet to a groomer every six to eight weeks will help maintain their coats over the colder months. You do not need to purchase a full grooming package a brush, wash and dry is all that's really needed.
Many salons insist on completely shaving your dog when the mats are too severe. We try our best to avoid shaving your dog, unless you request this to be done. Often with a little extra care most dogs can be comfortably groomed and styled. The extra charge of $10.00 covers the time needed to complete the groom.
